The Building Department is made up of the Construction Code Office, the Health Department, the Housing Inspection Office, as well as the fire, plumbing and electrical inspectors. This department also oversees the Park Avenue Partnership, which is dedicated to the revitalization of Park Avenue and the historic Water Tower.
