The ecumenical service will be held at Weehawken’s 9/11 Memorial, at the foot of Pershing Road.
The Remembrance & Unity Ceremony will commemorate those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, including five Weehawken residents.
Weehawken Police, North Hudson Regional Firefighters, and Weehawken EMS treated and assisted more than 70,000 people in the evacuation from New York City. It is in the spirit of unity that your attendance at Weehawken’s Remembrance & Unity Ceremony is especially significant.
